At Soni Rollers Private Limited, we operate two advanced plants with a combined area of 60,000 sq. ft., dedicated to the comprehensive repair, refurbishment, and manufacturing of high-quality rollers and components.

 

Our expansive facilities are equipped with cutting-edge technology to ensure exceptional precision and efficiency in all our operations.

Advanced Equipment

Our plants feature state-of-the-art, CNC lathes, precision grinding machines, computerized dynamic balancing systems, automatic blasting equipment, Welding machines and super polishing machines. Our machine tools, equipped with DRO (Digital Readout), facilitate exact machining and operational efficiency.

High Production Capacity

Our facility manages up to 20,000 kg of polyurethane coating, 25,000 kg of rubber coating, roller fabrication of 200 units per month and 300 hard chrome-plated units per month, ensuring high-volume production with precision and efficiency. This capability ensures we meet large-scale demands without hesitation.

Rigorous Quality Assurance

Our Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) department is equipped with an extensive array of calibrated measuring instruments. These tools are integral to monitoring and ensuring that all components refurbished and manufactured meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

Grinding Equipment:

  • Computerized Churchill grinders with a maximum length of up to 9500 mm and diameter 1850 mm

  • Cylindrical grinders for precision grinding

 

CNC Lathes:​

  • CNC lathes with 600 mm diameter and 5000 mm length, designed for faster production and precision work

  • CNC lathes with 1300 mm diameter and 5000 mm length, designed for faster production and precision work

 

Polyurethane Processing:​
